DUNCARVAN SPRINTS FAST. With the going good, the fast trials byhorses engaged at the Manr.watu meeting were done on the inside grass at Trcntham yesterday,-when a feature was the forward showing made by Hungarian, whom Alunga just beat by a head over six furlongs. in 1.14 .3-5. Both galloped brilliantly, doing the last five furlongs in 1.1 3-5, and the last half mile in 49sec.
Bowling along freely, Galtceniorc was in front of Peerless all the way over a mile, the last half of which took 51scc.
Sicgmund finished strongly over seven furlongs in 1.31 3-5. Royal Star II cleared right out from Debham to run five furlongs in 1.2. He is galloping very - well. Accomplice had no difficulty in beating Sigurd over seven furlongs in 1.30 3-5.
