MILK FOR CHILDREN.
Since milk is an essential part ot the diet of every growing child, it is desirable to devise ways and means of providing milk foods in forms that will be palatable. Here are some simple suggestions: Varv the breakfast cereal to the greatest extent possible There are so many prepared breakfast foods available that it is usually a simple matter to get children to take milk bv the process of making their cereals with milk. When this is done do not worry about giving milk to drink at th MaS ea °hildren will drink weak tea, made with half milk. Many others ™? „ f . ut> of cocoa palatable, even |V ,d it ?s made with milk only; hut wfth children who habitually dislike milk it is more diplomatic to make cocoa 1 with three-parts water for a start and to increase the amount of milk’from day to day.
