MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
ChargeH witlf the theft of an ornamental ash tray valued at 10s, the property of lan Mclntyre, of Wanganui. William Cunningham pleaded guilty to the charge in the Magistrate's Court, Feilding, yesterday afternoon, and was convicted and sentenced to five days' imprisonment. For a breach of his prohibition order Cunningham was fined £], in default five days' imprisonment.
