LABOUR CANDIDATE. Per Press Association. WELLINGTON, Aug. 24:Mr C. J. Duggan has been endorsed by the national executive of the Labour Party to contest the Patea seat With the exception of the Eastern Maori seat this completes the Labour Party’s candidates.
