NATIONAL PARTY.

WOMEN’S ORGANISATION. A meeting of -women supporters of the New Zealand National Party interested in the formation of a branch of the women’s organisation in Feilding was held on Tuesday, when Mr A. Campbell presided over a good attendance of ladies. The chairman complimented those present on their keen interest as shown by the excellent attendance. It was unanimously decided to form a branch in Feilding and Mrs J. Williamson was chosen as president with Mrs P. R- Simpson as vice-presi-dent. Mrs G. Packer was appointed secretary and Mrs B. Spence treasurer. A committee comprising all' present at the meeting was formed with power to add. It was decided to hold another meeting on Friday to draw up a programme of activities. Mr Camplvell thanked the ladies for their attendance at the close of the meeting.
