NO SPEECH FOR EIGHT YEARS. ISTANBUL, Aug. 23. Yeti Tatar, a villager of Eastern Angolia, has been divorced on the grounds that he has not spoken and has not laughed for eight years. The police are guarding his home from the curious crowds.
