At 9 a.m. yesterday ' the Dominion officers of the Women’s Christian Temperance Union met the North Island members of the Dominion executive. Mrs Hutt presided and opened with devotions. A report was given of the South Island executive which met at Timaru last week. 1 Reports On literature distribution, membership campaign, and circulation of the White -Ribbon were given. Plans of work were discussed and recommendomation for work was given. Those present . were Mrs Hutt (Dominion president), Airs Alitchell (Dominion corresponding secretary), Miss Kirk, J.P. (Dominion recording secretary), and Mrs Peryman (editor, White Ribbon), Airs Roberts (North Auckland), Airs Harper, J.P. (Auckland), Mrs Christian (South Auckland), Miss Drew, M.A., J.P. (Taranaki), Mrs Chesswas (Wanganui), Mrs Spence (Manawatu),_ Airs Bremer (Wellington), Mrs Walker’(Nelson), Mrs Hickmptt (Hawke’s Bay).
