CZECH-SUDETEN TALKS.
EARLY RESUMPTION. LONDON, Aug. 23. The Times Prague correspondent says that Herr Kundt (the Sudeten German Leader in Parliament), hias cancelled his visit to Stockholm, where it is interpreted he will be required in Prague for an early resumption of the negotiations with the Government on the minority question. Lord B'Uiiciman had a long conversation with Dr. Belies (President), which 'is reported to be paving the way for a reopening of the Czech-Sudeten talks.
