JEWESS ACQUITTED.
on capital Charge. JERUSALEM. Aug. 23. The Jewess Rachael Koka, aged 12, who was tried before a Military Court on the capital charge of carrying a bomb, has been acquitted without calling on the defence. Captain J. Oakley, _ of the Royal Scots Regiment, was killed by the explosion of a landmine under an army lorry at Tulkarem. Bandits held up a goods train near Jerusalem. They killed an Arab policeman and robbed the crew.
