BOXING DISPUTE.
ULTIMATUM TO ARMSTRONG. NEW YORK, Aug. 23. Tho Boxing Commission is giving Henry Armstrong 15 days to agree to defend his featherweight title against Joey Archibald; otherwise tho title will he declared vacant. Armstrong lias not defended this title since he took .it from Pete Sarron last October.
