MINE FATALITY.

Per Press Association. WESTPORT, Aug. 23. Robert McKinlay, a trucker, aged' 46, a single man and son of Mr and Mrs George McKiillay of Millerton, died in the Westport Coal Company’s mine to-day following a fall of coal which broke one fo his legs. He was a native of Scotland and came to Millerton from Levin 30 years ago.
