MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
Before Messrs A. J. Ivcllow and V. F,. Smith, J.P.’s, in the Magistrate’s Court, Feilding, this morning, David Allan Steer appeared on a . serious charge. Detective-Sergeant Meiklejohn, of Palmerston North, conducted the case for the police and Mr T. Pagan appeared for accused. Accused pleaded not guilty and was committed to the Supreme Court at Palmerston North for trial. Bail was not sought.
