* WALL STREET MARKET. NEW YORK, June 24. For the fifth consecutive day the Stock Exchange, which has progressively dropped in values nearly all the year, showed a' strong upward movement, with gains of fifteen points or more on a large volume of sales. There was a strong feeling of confidence, which even to-day’s profit-taking was unable to stem.
There were also intimations from many sources tnat the business recession ~ had ended and the upward turn had begun and was likely to assume momentum before the end of the summer.
