Per Press Association. AUCKLAND, June 24. Nominations closed to-day for the City. Council by-election caused by the death of Sir G. Richardson. There are two nominations—Mr H. J. Butcher, the Citizens’ Association nominee, and Mr Charles Bailey, the Labour nominee.
