VISIT TO PAPER MILLS. (British Official Wireless.) Received April 21, 10.15 a.rn. RUGBY, April 20. Their Majesties the King and Queen motored from Windsor Castle to Lai eistoke, Hampshire, to-day, to see the paper mills where the paper is made for Bank of England notes.
