LONDON PAPER’S COMMENT,
Received April 21, 1.50 p.m. LONDON, April 20. The Daily Herald (Labour), in a leader, says: “British Labour will be deeply grateful to our New Zealand comrades who have shown that great imaginative social reforms can be carried out with complete maintenance of Budget stability. They have also proved that a well-balanced programme of Socialism and social reform is possible without tlie sacrifice of either part.”
