’PLANES FOR LOYALISTS. LOS ANGELES, April 19. An alleged plot to smuggle ’planes built in the United States into Spain for the Government with the connivance of the Spanish Ambassador to Mexico was disclosed in a 1* edeial Grand Jury indictment charging Fritz Bieler, a Mexican citizen, with violation of the Neutrality Act. At least four ’planes were brought in California and flown to Mexico, where they were shipped to Spain lrom Vera Cruz. It was stated that the Ambassador (Senor Ordas) paid the storage on one ’plane in Mexico City.
