FIRST VISIT
SEAPLANE AT BLUFF. Per Press Association. INVERCARGILL, March 4. For the first time a seaplane alighted on Bluff Harbour this morning. It was from H.M.S. Achilles, at present at Milford Sound, and it came over for mails. Word had spread of the intended arrival, and children were allowed aivay from school to witness it. After spending over a quarter of an hour at Bluff, the seaplane left on the return flight.
