“WILL WIN "WAR.” BARCELONA, Feb. 27. The Prime Minister (Senor Juan Negrin) broadcasting-today, declared that the war continued in Spain because European nations desired it to continue. Senor Negrim added that despite the capture of Teruel, Republicans would win the war. At present they were making more aeroplanes and munitions insido loyalist Spain than anyone dreamt possible, but the fullest support was essential to counter Italian and German supplies reaching General Franco.
