BLACK-OUT RAID.
GLASGOW EXERCISES. LONDON, Feb. 25. In Glasgow there was an air-raid black-out at 3 a.m. when there was still considerable traffic in all streets. The lighting was switched off and volunteers led by a woman extinguished a fire at a house built at an isolated spot for the occasion and on which an incendiary bomb had exploded. Other experiments with high explosive bombs and gas bombs passed off successfully..
