. (From Our Own Correspondent.) KAIRANGA, Feb. 23. ■ The annual picnic of the Kairanga School was held at the Awapuni racecourse to-day in glorious weather. ThoreVwas a large attendance. Lunch and afternoon tea were served in the tea kiosk bv an energetic band of ladies. Apples donated by Mr M. Eagles were distributed. Lollic scrambles wero given.
