FURTHER CREDITS. PARIS, Feb. 23. The Council of Ministers, which met yesterday, has decided on further exceptional credits for national defence, exceeding £21,000,000. COMMITTEE MEETS. FIRST TIME SINCE WAR. Received February 24, a.m. PARIS, Feb. 23. The Senate Secret Defence Committee, M. Caillaux presiding, lias mot for the first time since the war. It comprises the Air, Navy and Army committees.
