BOYCOTT CAMPAIGN.
ENTHUSIASM IN LONDON. LONDON, Feb. 9. Arrangements are being made by the International Peace Campaign organisers to hold two mass meetings on Sunday to urge a boycott of Japanese goods. The meetings will be held at the Royal Opera House and the Adelphi Theatre. Originally it was intended to hold one meeting at the Opera House, but every ticket was sold, and the Adelphi Theatre was hired to hold the overflow. The speakers will be Viscount Cecil, Lord Lytton, Lady Horsley, Mr Louis Golding, Miss Rebecca West, Miss Sylvia Pankhurst, Mr Ben Tillett, Mr Tom Mann, Mr Herbert Morrison, and Madame Sun Ynt-sen.
