In a Rugby match played to-day, Dublin University heat Cambridge University by 6 points to 5. “There is no reason for the slightest fear of gloom or depression,” said Sir Thomas Inskip (Minister for the Co-ordination of Defence), speaking at a manufacturers’ luncheon in London. “The rearamament programme will not slow down for four or five vears.” BERLIN.
