MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
In the Palmerston North Magistrate’s Court, yesterday before Mr J L. Stout, S.M., Leo Gordon Tiembath, aged 25. an hotel porter was charged that, on December 13, being released on probation, he did tail to comply with the terms of his release, contrary to the Offenders’ Probation Act, 1920. On the. application of De-tective-Sergeant Meiklejohn, defendant was remanded to appear on December 17.
