MAGISTRATE’S COURT.
Convicted as a second offender for drunkenness ..within the statutory period, John Enoch Emil Sass. aged 59, was fined 10s, in default *4B hours imprisonment, when he appeared before Mr J. L. Stout, S.M., in the Magistrate’s Court to-day.
