COLONEL GIBBON.
TRIBUTE TO SERVICES. Received December 8. 9.45 a m. LONDON, Dec. 7. The Empire Service League council meeting, at which Lord Milne presided. passed a resolution paying a tiaoute to the late Colonel Gibbon in appreciation of his wart’me services as staff officer with the New Zealand Forces, and sympathy with his family.
