Records of the rainfall taken at Tiritea during November by Mr P.. C. Toms are:—lst, .04in; 7th, .03; Bth, 04; 9th, .15; 12th, .05; 16th, .10; 17th, .11; 19th, .25; 23rd, .10; 24th, .50; 25tli, .15; total, 1.52 inches. Ram fell on 11 days, the maximum daily fall being ,50in on the 24th.
