DECLARATION ADOPTED.
Received November 25, 10.15 a.rs. BRUSSELS, Nov. 24. The conference adopted a slightly modified declaration that the validity of principles cannot be destroyed by force and reaffirming the principles of the Nine-Power treaty as a basis essential to world peace, urging, in their own interest and the interests of the world, a prompt suspension of hostilities and a 1 resort to peaceful processes.
