WRIT ACCEPTED.
EMPEROR’S APPLICATION. Received November 25, 8.5 a.m. LONDON, Nov. 24. Haile Selassie’s solicitors have accepted Mr Chertok’s writ, but immediately gave notice of their intention to apply to the Court to have it set aside on the ground that Selassie is still a sovereign and is, therefore, exempt from proceedings.
