CYCLING RECORDS.
BORDEAUX, Nov. 22. An amateur cyclist, M. Blanc, has established' a world record for 40 miles in 1 hour 34 minutes 52 seconds and 60 miles in 2 hours 28 minutes 11 1-5 seconds.
