RETURN FROM BRUSSELS. (British Official Wireless.) Received November 24, 10.45 a.m. RUGBY, Nov. 23. Mr Malcolm MacDonald, Secretary for the Dominions, lias returned from Brussels to attend to-morrow’s meeting of Cabinet and to make arrangements for his late father’s funeral. A service at Westminster Abbey will he held on Friday.
