LoAvry, estimates that the extra expense associated with the Australian visit of the Ngav Zealand cricketers amounts to £7OO. He is afraid that, as the team A\ T as guaranteed only 75 per cent, of the net profits on the Australian matches, the loss on the Australian tour will probably amount to £350. The early dismissal of Bradman in the South Australian match certainly affected the attendance in that State. The takings in the match against NeAV South Wales amounted to £446.
