LISBON ISOLATED.
,FLOODS IN PORTUGAL. LISBON, Nov. 22. Floods have swept the country, causing vast damage. Lisbon is virtually isolated, while torrential rain is marooning trains, trams and cars and stopping the Tagus ferries. The Monte Estoril Hospital patients were rescued from the windows by the fire brigade. The floods caused a railway collision in which 18 were injured.
