SOVIET EDUCATION SYSTEM. MOSCOW, Nov. 22. Revelations m the Prass of the activities of “enemies oi the State” shed light first of ail on the removal from his post of M. Andrei Dubnov, Commissar of Education. It is charged that officials of the Commissariat sabotaged the compulsory education system under which 30,000,000 children are .attending schools. Their actions, it is claimed, deprived 300,000 children of their right •to attend elementary schools.
