ELECTRICITY COMMISSION.
VICTORIAN APPOINTMENT. MELBOURNE, Nov. 22. From a large number of applicants in Australia, New Zealand and Britain, Mr G. G. Jobbins has been appointed chairman of the Victorian Electricity Commission in succession to Mr F l . W. Clements. Mr Jobbins at present controls the commission’s electricity supply department.
