ALL QUIET AGAIN.
SYRIAN DISTURBANCES. Receievd November 23 8.5 a.m. BIERTJT, Nov. 22. It is now disclosed that four were killed and 50 wounded, many seriously, in the rioting of yesterday. Two hundred have been arrested. Tanks and armoured cars are guarding the Government buildings and all is quiet again.
