NATIONAL PARTY
PALMERSTON SEAT. THREE NOMINATIONS. Three nominations, of candidates to contest the Palmerston North seat on behalf of the National Party at the next general election have been received by the Palmerston North branch committee, it was announced to the “Standard” to-day by Mr H. O. Mills, chairman of the latter organisation. These are: MR J. A. NASH. MR A. E. MANSFORD. MR M. H. ORAM. The selection of the official candidate to stand at this centre on behalf of the party will be made before the end of January by its financial members in this electorate.
