RECITAL.
On Saturday next, Miss Gwen Gibbs, of the Broadway School of Dancing, will again present one of her popular dance recitals. The main item this year, will be "Carnival,” adapted from Schumann’s well-known pianoforte composition wittily expressing in dance form a series of musical ideas. Its history goes oacK to Russia where Fekine called on to amuse a party, prepared this satino ballet. As well as the theme piece, a number of divertissements, featuring children and adults will bo pioscnted. Tho box plan is at Gollinson and Cunninghanic’s and tho prices are 3s, 2s, and Is; children halfprice to all parts of the house.
