FRENCH THRONE.
PRETENDER’S CLAIMS. Received November 23, 10.10 a.m. GENEVA, Nov. 21. The Due de Guise, the Pretender to the French Throne, in a manifesto says: The situation ’ at home and abroad is grave. The nation will be forced to turn to a dictatorship of the Right or Left. There is only one solution—the restoration of the Monarchy. I am determined to reconquer the Throne and come to Paris.
