Received August 30, 11.50 a.m. HONOLULU, Aug.. 29. An hour after disembarking from a refugee ship from Shanghai, Adolph Keiter, of Chicago, won the 100 yards backstroke race at an invitation swimming meeting. His time was 65. G seconds, a world record.
