CURIOUS INCIDENT.
LONDONER’S BEHAVIOUR
Received August 30, 11.50 a.m. LONDON, Aug. 29. Curious things are done in London, but perhaps the most curious is the conduct of a man who removed his wooden leg and lay down at the foot of the Cenotaph. He will appear at Bow Street on Monday, charged with insulting behaviour.
