HOME-MADE ’PLANE.
FATAL CRASH IN AUSTRALIA. MELBOURNE, Aug. 29. Patrick Joseph Perry, aged 22, of St. Kilda, flying a home-made Kliekk 68, a low wing monoplane, to-day crashed near the city and was killed instantly. The wing was found 400 yards away and is believed to have broken off as Perry turned the machine in a gusty wind.
