Prices of live poutry in the V ellington market, this week are quoted as follow: Fowls—White Leghorns, liens. 2s 6ft to 4s each; cockerels, 2s 6d to 4s; pullets, 2s to 4s. Black Orpingtons, hens, heavy, 4s 6d to 7s each; medium, 3s to 4s 6d; cockerels, heavy, 4s 6d to 6s; medium, 3s to 4s 6d. Rhode Island Reds, 5s to 7s. Ducks. —Indian Runner, young, 4s to 5s each; old, 3s to 4s. White, heavy, 2s 6d to 4s; young, 4s to 5s 6d. Geese, 4s to 4s 6d each. Turkeys, lOd to Is lb.
