HAD BEEN IN WATER.
REPORT ON KINGSFORD SMITH’S ’PLANE. Received July 22, 10.35 a.m. SYDNEY, July 22. The Civil Aviation Board has received from the Burmese authorities the report on the finding of parts of Sir Charles Kingsford Smith’s ’plane, in which it is stated that sea shells and marine growths are atached to parts and there is other evidence that they had been in the water for some time.
