WORLD HOLOCAUST.
ATTITUDE OF CANADA. Received July 21, 8.3 a.m. OTTAWA, July 20. The Prime Minister (Mr Mackenzie King! broadcasting, said : “I do not imagine the possibilities that Canada is unknown to the over-populated and under-nourished peoples of other countries or that Canada will escape in a world holocaust.” He emphasised that the discussions at the Imperial Conference did not commit Canada or any Dominion automatically to join in a League of Nations or Imperial military undertaking.
