Per Press Association. CHRISTCHURCH, July 21. Complaining that too much of the Arbitration Court’s time is taken, up with hearing applications to join parties to awards, Mr Justice O’Regan suggested to-day that a separate tribunal be created to hear such cases. “Our most important work is the making of awards, and awards are being held up while we listen to arguments such as these,” said Mr O’Regan. “There should be a separate tribunal to hear these individual cases and decide whether this man or the other should or should not be a party to an existing award.”
