SOCIAL GATHERING.
OLD BOYS’ 'FOOTBALL CLUB. The Old Boys’ Football Club held an enjoyable social in tbe Orange Hall on Saturday night, when members of the club entertained their friends. Dancing occupied those present, tbe time passing all too swiftly. When the function terminated at midnight tbe hope was expressed by many that it would be repeated on a future occasion. The committee who carried out the arrangements consisted of Messrs W. S. Fox, G. Dawiek, F. L. Irvine, G. Thomas, and P. Louisson. Mr K. W. Eglinton (president) attended tbe function, and Mr W. H. Simmons (secretary) efficiently supervised the arrangements. Ladies who kindly assisted with the supper were: Mrs P. Lines, Misses C. McNeilc, M. Port, Norris, M. Currie and R. Boland.
