HOUSE OF GERMAN ART.
OPENED BY HERR HITLER. Received July 19. 11.55 a.m. MUNICH, July 18. At tlie opening of the House of German Art, a semi-classical building for annual exhibitions, Herr Hitler denounced the disastrous effect of Jewish critics and art dealers on pre-Nazi German art by reducing it to the level of fashion designing. Those who could not see that the grass was green and the sky blue should, if medical examination showed that their disability was hereditary, receive attention from the sterilisation department.
Few of the 20.000 works submitted to the House of Art by 15,000 German painters and sculptors came up to Nazi ideals. Dr. Goehbels acclaimed Herr Hitler as the greatest master of German art of all time.
