The second of a series of public addresses under the auspices of tho Workers’ Educational Association will be given tonight at the Theosophieal Hall, Church Street, at 8 o’clock. The speaker, Mr S. J. Bennett, B.Sc., will deal with the “Basis of Fascism,” and an interesting aspect of changing society is anticipated. There will be questions and a gonera] discussion. Admission is free and a collection will tie taken.
